I've had a great experience at DentFirst Perimeter. The office is friendly, organized, and truly cares about its patients. Brittany the manager does an excellent job making sure everything runs smoothly and that patients feel welcomed from the moment they walk in. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and take the time to explain treatment options and answer questions. It's clear that patient care is their top priority. I highly recommend DentFirst Perimeter to anyone looking for a dental office with a caring team and outstanding service!

Been having pain in my back tooth so decided to check this place out; being that it’s close to my job, and home. And I have to say that I’m highly satisfied with the customer service here. Brittany has been such a GREAT help and her bubbly personality is this icing on the cake!!

I want to start by saying that my experience didn’t begin well. I was originally supposed to have my dental work done at the McDonough location, and it was honestly a horrible experience. However, everything truly does happen for a reason because it led me to make an emergency appointment at the Perimeter location—and I’m so grateful that it did. That is where I met Brittany, who I now jokingly call my new best friend. I could go into all the details that led to our conversation, but I’ll simply say that she was truly a blessing in human form. Her customer service is phenomenal, and what stood out the most is that she continued to follow up with me even when she didn’t have to. I’ve only known her for a week, but I genuinely trust her judgment. She didn’t just make sure my appointment was handled—she made sure I was okay. She went above and beyond in a way that you rarely see anymore. That kind of genuine care is hard to find. I also want to highlight her team. Fred, the dental assistant, was amazing. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and he could tell I was stressed. Just talking with him helped calm my nerves. He is gentle, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. If you visit this

I had a great experience today thanks to my dental hygienist, Jasmine! She was extremely informative and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and put me at ease. She also walked me through what to expect next while awaiting the doctor’s review, which I really appreciated. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the entire visit a positive experience.
